Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced through trusted fulfillment partners, please review the following shipping information carefully.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
Certain items, seasonal launches, preorders, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. If delays occur, we will do our best to communicate updates promptly.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are generally:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier availability
Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Rock & Root Faith Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Weather-related delays
- Customs delays
- Carrier service interruptions
However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@rockandrootfaithco.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, supplier location, or fulfillment partner.
Digital Products
Digital downloads and printable products do not require shipping and are delivered electronically.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
