At Rock & Root Faith Co., every order is created with care and purpose. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Apparel & Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at info@rockandrootfaithco.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variation due to screen settings
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital downloads
Please double-check sizing charts and order details before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist in locating it.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
